How to request a brochure?

How to register for an event?

How to receive confirmation of registration?
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing event’s detail, timing and venue. Please note we do not send out tickets, if you receive a confirmation letter, this is all you need to attend the event.
How to pay?
Payments can be made via credit card or telegraphic transfer.
If you wish to be invoiced, please include full invoices details with your completed registration form. 
When to pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference. Our payment term is 7 days of the invoice date.
How to apply for a Visa?
Delegates requiring visas will be provided with a letter of invitation to support their visa application after registering and paying in full. Processing time for the visas may vary between countries, therefore, register now to avoid delay. Strategic Vision Group does not take responsibility for denials or delays in Visa processing.
Are meals included?
Yes, the event fee includes refreshment breaks and lunch. Check the agenda for timings of refreshment breaks. Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements upon registration.
How to get to the venue?
Two weeks before the event, you will receive venue details and instructions on how to get there.
What happens if there is a venue change?
Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to alter a venue. Our operation team will notify you of any changes via email. 
Who is responsible for travel & accommodation?
Delegates are in charge for your own travel and accommodation. Where possible, we would recommend staying at the hotel that the event is at, for convenience. To help you, we have negotiated special delegate rates for you at selected hotels. Please ensue that you reserve your room at the earliest to avoid disappointment. What to wear?
The dress code is business casual. Rooms are air-conditioned and can be quite cold. Therefore, bringing a jacket is advisable.
